How much does the Symposium cost?
Registration fees include three nights’ accommodation, most meals, a cocktail welcome reception and two special group activities. As a special promotion, each registration (single or double occupancy) earns you an opportunity to receive a certificate for one set of premium hearing aids from the manufacturer of your choice when you agree to a 40-unit hearing aid purchase commitment with that manufacturer to be completed by April 15, 2019.
The cost for a Single Registration is $1995, a Double Associate Registration is $2,495 and a Registration Without Accommodation is $995. We provide a Family Rate option of $2,495 if you elect to bring a spouse or a child under the age of 18. Under the family rate, you can add an additional room for $1000.
How does the manufacturer commitment promotion work?
If you elect to participate, you will receive a certificate shortly after you register. This certificate can be redeemed immediately for one set of premium hearing aids. By redeeming this offer, you agree to purchase a minimum of 40 premium- and advanced-tier devices from your chosen manufacturer between now and April 15, 2019. You further acknowledge that receiving one set of free premium devices is in exchange to help offset the costs associated with this registration. If you fail to meet these obligations, you will be billed for the no-charge devices at a prorated amount in May, 2019.
